Are you a Teen (or parent of a Teen) that wants to start your Summer off right?
This course runs Monday through Thursday, 9am-10:30am and is designed to empower emerging adults through Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness Activities & Games, so they can find the energy, vibe & motivation to have an amazing summer that prepares them for the year to come!
